Consultations are offered virtually. After successful checkout, customers will receive a link to schedule their session with Gina.

Digital downloads and session links are delivered via email. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

All consultation purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Rescheduling is permitted with advance notice.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason. If there are any issues, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout.

Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may be adjusted without prior notice. Checkout is powered by Shopify and supported by PesaPal and RazorPay for global payment processing. Taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges may apply based on your location.

You are responsible for providing valid, complete, and up-to-date payment information.

SECTION 6 - DELIVERY

For digital products and consultations, there is no physical shipping. You will receive access via email or your customer account.

Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive your booking or download link within 10 minutes of purchase.

All content, including but not limited to written materials, consultations, courses, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Our Practical Life and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
